目前我有5個(gè)護(hù)膝，2條騎行褲。我簡(jiǎn)單分享一下怎么區(qū)分，說(shuō)說(shuō)哪些好用，哪些是雞肋。常見(jiàn)的護(hù)膝有兩種:外護(hù)膝和內(nèi)護(hù)膝。內(nèi)部的插在騎行褲的預(yù)留位置，貼身，就是能穿能走，但是不夠舒服，褲子不夠時(shí)尚。

外部保護(hù)裝置不像內(nèi)部保護(hù)裝置那樣受到限制。你可以穿褲子，也可以不穿。本文主要分享外護(hù)膝。個(gè)人推薦選擇有CE防護(hù)認(rèn)證的長(zhǎng)護(hù)膝，可以包裹小腿骨，提供足夠的保護(hù)。CE2比1具有更好的防護(hù)性能和更大的防護(hù)面積。

按價(jià)格來(lái)說(shuō)就是丹尼斯，明星，Nev，motoboy。分別說(shuō)說(shuō)他們的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。

a的舒適度很好。騎自行車(chē)的時(shí)候很合身，完全沒(méi)有異物感。大洞很適合夏天。

體積小，柔軟度好，可以卷成拳頭大小，不占包里任何空間。夏天通勤用就夠了。

有兩種尺寸。你可以自己選擇。滿(mǎn)分5分，我給4分。

這四款車(chē)型中丹尼斯的舒適性最好。三個(gè)后衛(wèi)拼接在一起，走、跑、跳都很貼合。它們通過(guò)了ce1認(rèn)證。雖然沒(méi)有明星那么輕薄，但是穿起來(lái)也沒(méi)有太大的負(fù)擔(dān)。

可惜只有身材一般，腿粗/很細(xì)的兄弟姐妹才容易走路或者爆。最好試穿一下。綜合評(píng)價(jià):5分

PS:我自己也經(jīng)常用這個(gè)丹尼斯，有時(shí)候真的會(huì)派上用場(chǎng)。去年，我下山的時(shí)候，犯了一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤，溜出去了。當(dāng)我撞車(chē)的時(shí)候，我救了我的一條狗腿。現(xiàn)在是戰(zhàn)損版，哈哈哈。

Moto的沒(méi)有保護(hù)認(rèn)證，會(huì)動(dòng)。不推薦。

Nev也是兩級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)。蹲起來(lái)不影響，但是很重。走兩步就掉了，敲油箱直接負(fù)分。最搞笑的是你走路的時(shí)候敲膝蓋，發(fā)出piapiapia的聲音——————詳見(jiàn)視頻。超級(jí)搞笑。

推薦100美元性?xún)r(jià)比高的護(hù)膝

“廉價(jià)版丹尼斯”也不錯(cuò)。來(lái)自日本的Komine也是同樣的原理，價(jià)格減半。

CE-2認(rèn)證，在大牌設(shè)計(jì)思路上降低了成本，在裁剪設(shè)計(jì)上也適合亞洲人，包裹性好，性?xún)r(jià)比高。

這個(gè)品牌can，成立于1947年，是日本常見(jiàn)的騎行品牌。

余也做了類(lèi)似的支付。西游這個(gè)品牌給我的感覺(jué)就像一個(gè)摩托車(chē)百貨商店，以低價(jià)出售一切。雖然質(zhì)感差，但是都很有性?xún)r(jià)比。護(hù)膝護(hù)肘加起來(lái)才299。可能是設(shè)計(jì)師又清了，看起來(lái)沒(méi)那么低了。CE1認(rèn)證，市內(nèi)通勤，我覺(jué)得100%夠用，不錯(cuò)的選擇。

如果你認(rèn)為西游的那套足夠好？不不不不。我還發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)性?xún)r(jià)比更高的:又是一個(gè)！眼鏡蛇KP01品牌也是國(guó)產(chǎn)的，但是知名度不高。在網(wǎng)上找到的信息源于20年7月Knight.com的一段種草視頻。創(chuàng)始人還從西游出來(lái)單干，很有勇氣！仿碳纖維外觀，磨砂質(zhì)感，外觀專(zhuān)利認(rèn)證，看外觀已經(jīng)甩了西游兩塊。

加上他的價(jià)格，真的很香，208的護(hù)膝，單護(hù)膝就138元。(哈哈哈哈哈我自己也講過(guò)種草，也買(mǎi)過(guò)一套，寫(xiě)這篇文章的時(shí)候已經(jīng)有了。)

其實(shí)是很好的體驗(yàn)。比丹尼斯的更薄更輕，蹲著很舒服。CE1認(rèn)證。搭扣設(shè)計(jì)方便，但不知道耐用不耐用。結(jié)合這個(gè)價(jià)格，我給它4分。
